Through The Years

Stuart Littlewood’s life has been dominated by the entertainment industry for almost 50 years.

From early beginnings in the 60s booking bands in youth clubs and ballrooms nationwide and in Europe to representing and presenting pop groups in the 70s including Mud, The Sweet, The Dooleys and Showaddywaddy. He was also booking many of the world’s leading entertainers into the UK nightclubs and theatres such as Shirley Bassey, Neil Sedaka, The Drifters, Tony Christie, Lionel Ritchie, The Four Tops, Tina Turner, Hot Chocolate and many more.

The 80s saw a slight change of direction when he was representing and presenting many of the UK’s biggest comedy stars including Max Boyce, Cannon and Ball, Mike Harding, Bernard Manning, Jim Davidson, Paul Merton, Julian Clary, Hale and Pace and many more.

In the 90s, together with partner Laurie Mansfield, he moved into production and presenting live theatre shows including the West End hit musical ‘Buddy’. This pattern of booking such varying types of entertainment continued into the new millennium and still continues today...
